Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Nimman and various attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many reviewers find the hotel to be a good value for the price, with some mentioning spacious rooms. However, cleanliness is a significant concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and maintenance issues. While some guests note improvements in cleanliness and room conditions, others still find these aspects lacking. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location, service, and affordability, but could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance.

The hotel was so dirty we didn't even spend the night. The room wasn't cleaned, there was dust everywhere, all furnishings looked dated and worn. There was mold in the bathroom and stains everywhere. We looked for a new place once we arrived, and told the lady we were going to check out again. She wasn't even surprised. Don't stay here.
