Pros (+) The cleanliness of the unit, the close proximity of the pool, the beach, the restaurant and bar.
Cons (-) we did not like the taste of the drinking (tap) water or the bar drinks like pina colada etc. we did not like the long wait for taxi cab. total lack of public transportation.
