State of the room was a disgrace. Bathroom tiles mouldy, shower head held together with tape. Cracks all round bedroom ceiling. Window sills which look to have rotted botched up with mastic. Restaurant closed at 9-00 pm. Holes in door. walls stained.

Very good friendly atmosphere, obviously recently refurbished to a good standard, and staff clearly enjoying their work.
Unexpected arrival of a large party for dinner delayed service for me and some other lone guests.
