Cons (-) The sheets had stains, there was bugs all over the room, the picture on booking.com didn’t match what the room actually look like and the bathroom had big paint spot missing

Cons (-) Booked through kayak, got there and the lady told me that she had no more rooms. Finally found one. Building and room reeked of marijuana. Roaches crawling on the walls. Bath tub was dirty. Some random Male knocked on my door at 1230am and 320am, made me feel unsafe since I am a female by myself traveling. Just not a comfortable place overall.

Cons (-) The room wasn't clean. I needed another fitted sheet, so I thought my bed would be made with clean sheets and a new towels. When I got back the bed wasn't made just a fitted sheet and pillowcases thrown in the bed. The trash can by the bathroom wasn't changed nor the sink and tub cleaned. Debris was still in the room from no telling how long.
Pros (+) Good cable TV selection. Nice new sink, new clothing cabinet. Generally 'neat'. Staff was attentive.
Cons (-) Needed a new bathtub. Small roaches in bathroom. Saw boot tracks from dried out wet boot in bathroom. One of the towels was dirty, like someone washed their hands with only water and dried them on the towel. Door lock would jam when trying to enter. Wonder if bed sheets were clean or just tucked in from boot tracked, dirty handed visitor.
Cons (-) We had reservation for two double beds. But they says all rooms are booked. We have to argued and then they gave me.
Cons (-) Room was old and dirty!!! Seems like a lot of people live in these rooms on extended terms. Smelled terribly of smoke..

Cons (-) My room was "scary", stains on the comforter, smelled of cigarette smoke, I didn't want to use the bathroom and didn't! I requested another room, the man working there changed my room with no charge. The 2nd room REKED of cigarette smoke so bad, I almost threw up. My shirt that I carried on a hangar smelled so bad of smoke, it was unwearable! My clothes I had on my back smelled!!!! I did get my re...

Cons (-) There is no such thing as a "non-smoking" room there. I had to get a refund and stay someone else. Don't even bother with this place.
