Pros: I enjoyed the pick up at the airport - very professional. The arrival at the hotel was special as strict security was observed as we passed through the gates. The reception was just out of this world. The welcome was outs5anding for a guests who had travelled most of the afternoon and arriving pretty tired. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. I must add on the next morning we greeted by a young lady at the reception - SAHIBA - WOW what a personality. What am advert for the hotel group. This young lady was so helpful with regards to where one can go visiting and where not during the Covid-19. She also suggested holiday places in the mountains and got us a tour operator and booked our trip - u fortunately we had to cancel and return home. Then there was MARYAM in the restaurant who was so kind and courteous whenever we came through for breakfast lunch or dinner. Fantastic hospitality. Excellent hotel all round will recommended to all those who visit Islamabad. I’ve stayed at a Serena Hotel before at Faisalabad when on cricket tours with the South African teams. I enjoyed being there as well. But Islamabad Serena is top of the class.
Cons: There was nothing I could find that I did no5 like. I visited al parts of the hotel - took the lift to each floor and walked around it’s just outstanding .
