Summary of reviews
Guests say
Reviews for this hotel are mixed, with several guests appreciating its convenient location near public transport and the city center. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unfriendly and unhelpful. Cleanliness was also a concern, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even a rat problem near the entrance. Parking was problematic due to limited spaces, unclear charges, and additional costs. Breakfast received criticism for limited selection and poor quality. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, parking, and breakfast.AI-generated from customer reviews
