I know it sounds silly but.......................lack of toilet paper provided in room, the "Do Not Disturb" sign option.
Breakfast buffet was by far the best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. The atrium was beautiful.
Bed was hard. The blankets were thin and felt like a motel 6 or best western. The hallways felt like an apartment, I wish they were brighter and more 'fresh'. Its very awkward having the pool right next to where everyone dines and eats, could be a bit more separated. I was very disappointed to have booked this hotel at a 'pay now' option, only to be charged at the hotel $50 more than what I booked online. Plus an additional $100 booking fee hold that gets refunded later- this really put a damper on our honeymoon as we didnt have very much money to go around. Plus I thought I had already paid... so that ate $350 of my adventure money. I still havent recieved my refund and it's been over a week. There was nowhere to sit outside for smokers, and nothing had an awning to be covered from the rain. Overall my stay was OKm I'm glad we only spent 2 days here and not more.
The air conditioner would not cool the room enough. Stayed at 68 degrees all night and the room felt like 75 degrees.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a great TV. Breakfast was great with many options to chose from. The hotel is located near the highway, but the rooms are quiet and you can get a good night's sleep here.
Beautiful. Comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast was great! And the indoor pool was lovely.
Maybe the chairs at breakfast.. they we well used.
