Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at this hotel. Many praised the helpful and friendly staff, convenient location near downtown and venues, and the affordable pricing. However, safety concerns were frequently mentioned, with reports of criminal activity, drug use, and a generally unsafe atmosphere. Cleanliness and maintenance issues were also noted, including bugs, mold, and inconsistent water temperature. While some found the rooms comfortable and modern, others experienced problems with amenities such as AC, WiFi, and TV. Despite these drawbacks, positive comments focused on staff service, location, and value for price.
