Guests generally appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting positive interactions at the front desk and with management. Many found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and the location was frequently mentioned as convenient for appointments or travel. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness issues such as mold, dirty linens, and bathrooms, as well as noise disturbances and occasional problems with amenities like the AC and TV. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and extra touches like cookies, others found the breakfast lacking.
