Room was large and well appointed. Bathroom was large and functional (really nice shower door design). Breakfast looked great.
Bed, King, was super short. Had to sleep on the diagonal. Maybe I'm too used to CA Kings, but this one was super short.

The peace and quiet. I went to get rest and that is what I did. The shower was great and the breakfast was great even though they didn't have bacon on the menu.
I didn't like that I reserved a king bed & I ended up with a queen bed I also did not like the fact that they charged my card and extra $20 and I still have not received that money back even though they told me it would come back on my card when I chec

This was our first time staying in this hotel chain but it won’t be our last. Everything was top notch, very clean, high quality and very comfortable. We will be back next time we are in Columbus.

clean room, nicely appointed with microwave, multiple charging stations at the desk, & wonderful walk-in shower.
signage not clearly marked from surrounding roads. as it was behind a shopping mall, made it hard to find. even Maps app gave poor directions.

The hotel was close to the Columbus Zoo and had many restaurants close by. Breakfast was amazing! Very clean, and friendly staff.
