Architecture and location. The building is an ornate old bank that has been converted to a hotel. The architecture is stunning. The location is also terrific with plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was above average.
Parking. There isn't any place to park nearby without paying by the hour or you can pay the hefty $24 per day valet fee (plus tips). I know it's downtown, but they should make those valet spots available for a fee instead of valet only. I felt trapped.
Easy distance to walk back from Nationwide Arena. Great little neighborhood off the beaten path. Staff was extremely friendly.
The service staff was nice, the hotel restaurant / bar was nice, access to the power gym was nice.
I requested double queen beds and got a king bed and a sleeper sofa. We made it work but it wasn't what I requested and paid for.
Location was great. A lot of metered parking for quick in and out. Easy access to rooms. Staff nice and friendly. Room was nice and big.
Loved everything about hotel. Highly recommended.
Good sized rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Free and good breakfast
Parking is expensive but I'm sure on par with what other area hotels charge to park your car. We chose to park our vehicle about a block away for probably half the price.
Rate was "ok".
NO rooms with two beds. Total fiasco for us.
Great location, nice breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.
Trash can was full when we initially came into our room. The drawers had flecks of dirt in them.
Great location and nice rooms. The kitchen and living room were unexpected.
It was located on a very quiet and charming street downtown and being an old historic building makes it unique.
Would stay there again
We had no sheets for the fold out
Hot breakfast provided. They were able to accommodate request for king bed.
The room was very clean and spacious .The staff was very helpful and courteous.
The parking situation was not convenient. I don't like Valet parking .
