Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, high standards of cleanliness, and comfortable, spacious rooms. The breakfast was highlighted as varied and delicious by many, and the rooftop pool and bar were popular features, especially for families. The location was convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions, though a few found it a bit far from the lake or old town. Some minor drawbacks included limited parking, occasional noise, and a few room maintenance issues, but overall, guests found the hotel to offer great value and a pleasant stay.
