Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, which provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and city attractions. However, many guests report significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms with mold, and unclean towels. The lack of adequate breakfast, poor bathroom conditions, and inconsistent service are also common complaints. While a few reviews mention comfortable rooms and good service, the overall sentiment is negative due to these recurring problems.
