Pros (+) The night staff was very pleasant and breakfast was very good.
Cons (-) the bed was way too soft. The morning shift should take care of the people in front of them instead of the telephone.

Pros (+) Front desk staff were very kind and attentive. Second floor room was comfortable and quiet. Needed more outlets for charging electronics. They have outlets on each table lamp, but plugs didn't fit securely so devices wouldn't charge. Breakfast choices were limited and didn't appear to be very fresh. The cleaning lady seemed annoyed that I was getting breakfast at 9:25 am. She began locking the ref...

Cons (-) They made a copy of my drivers license. I asked what they did with the copy and was told to protect the hotel of I disputed the charge. I asked what procedures were in place to protect my personal information. Response was "I have no idea".
