Pros (+) Amazing staff- when I told them we were leaving early in the morning (2:30am) before their buffet breakfast they OFFERED to leave pack lunches for us at the front desk so we'd have it for our trip. When we woke up the next morning for our trip the front desk guy gave us our lunches as they promised at 2:30am. They went above and beyond my expectations for customer service.
