Pros (+) I have stayed in $500 /night hotels that did not have the attention to detail that Bruce and Nancy bring to the Chief Motel. It is older, but well maintained and literally everything you could want was at your fingertips. With one comment Bruce reopened the hot tub, which had been closed for the season. Every morning a clean rag was on our motorcycles. Bike cleaning area and supplies provided. I c...

Pros (+) close to Mt Rushmore, Custer SP and Crazy Horse Memorial
Cons (-) the room was old, outdated. it smelled old, not clean, we had two huge moths fly out of the curtains and in the bathroom. the bed was uncomfortable, it was old with a thick foam on top of the mattress.
