Pros (+) The staff went the extra mile! They were always polite, helpful and professional.
Cons (-) The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. Unsupervised child was horrible. They were diving, doing backflips any just being down right rude. I understand you will get splashed but I got ambushed! They clearly did not want me in the pool. I went to tell the front desk but they were checking in a team sports team and were swamped.
