Pros (+) would you stay in a bed where someone's dog stayed? i think there hadls to be pet friendly rooms. all rooms cannot be pet friendly!
Cons (-) the idea that i stayed in a bed where someone else's dog slept! this is disgusting!
Pros (+) Proximity to everything Galleria
Cons (-) BEWARE - We didn’t get a Double Room, which is what we booked on Kayak; however, because we had kids it wasn’t a problem to have them sleep on the floor. The hotel was happy to bring blankets and pillows.
Pros (+) Rooms are nice, the shower is great, enter the Galleria without going outdoors.
Cons (-) Housekeeping did not refresh toiletries or the ice bucket.
Pros (+) Clean, great location, comfortable bed and big room.
Cons (-) No free wifi:(
Pros (+) Overall, I liked this hotel. I experienced multiple confusions with the front desk staff and my reservations, but it didn't cause too much of a problem. The rooms are nice, but you can just tell the hotel is old. The connection to the mall was incredibly convenient. That was my favorite part. I would stay here again.
Pros (+) The staff was excellent....
Pros (+) Connected to galleria mall, big room
Pros (+) Very good experience
Cons (-) You need more people at front and do not charge for Wi-Fi
