gaps around outside door due to lack of weather stripping, breeze all night loud staff was helpful but can't do much with what they have to work with

There was a large spot in the ceiling where it appeared to have leaked, mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling, and the room air smelled & felt stale & unhealthy. I actually didn’t notice the bathroom ceiling until the next morning or I would’ve asked for another room. I went to the grocery store and bought something to freshen the air.

Pros (+) Online internet was listed, but when we got in our room there wasno Internet. My husband went down to the Office and was given a non existent password. No explanation or apology given.
