Location, comfort breakfast price fitness facility pool spa steam sauna
I was there for a wedding so that was good.
Despite paying quite a bit for the room, I still had to pay parking (which is normally free when staying in other hotels) the water in the room was £5 and looked like tap water. Breakfast was £10 per head. Basically you had to pay for everything on top of an already over priced room. The room was dark and gloomy and the bed was uncomfortable. Every time you moved in bed it rustled like I was sleeping in a pvc bag. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep and wasn't to impressed. I would take a premier inn over the Hilton any day of the week. Would I stay again? No.
Greeted warmly by fab man on reception.
The food at Dartford Hilton is over-priced considering quality. I have stayed several times and am always disappointed with room service, but there is nowhere within walking distance to eat elsewhere so always end up ordering something at hotel. Shame, because everything else there is always first class. X
Room/Bed very comfortable. Ideal location for shopping at Bluewater. Breakfast good and enjoyed pool facilities. All staff we meet were excellent.
Dissappointed Wi-Fi was not free.
Being able to use the swimming pool
That the evening menu or at the very least the price of the buffet dinner was not available until very late in the evening
the late check out is fantastic, the pool and steam rooms are a nice add on but in need of refurbishment
i have stayed here three times and each time they have had no record of the booking or room has not been ready. compared to premier inn it is long and protracted
As expected in any Hilton all very good, ex room is big at last a big telly with lots of stations, lovely food and staff.
Lack of pictures on the wall, bit drap with none. The taxi service (All Night) do not use very late and dirty
Good service, large room and good value. Good double glazing kept out the traffic noise.
Hotel is a bit tired and faded. Really for overnight stops only.
Room very spacious
Breakfast expensive for what we got.
The breakfast was lovely, and the serving staff was excellent!
Again, the woman at the reservations over the phone.
Reception took care of error pleasantly
First room allocated had one double bed, not 2 as confirmed on the booking
