Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for visiting local attractions like the Henry Ford Museum, and noted that rooms were generally clean and comfortable. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast options, unexpected or high extra charges (such as parking and deposits), and some issues with value for price. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff described as kind and accommodating, while others were found to be unhelpful or rude. Overall, the hotel met basic expectations for cleanliness and location, but improvements are needed in breakfast offerings and transparency about additional fees.AI-generated from customer reviews
