Bed very comfortable. Location was great.
The room was updated, which was a plus. Spacious room, big windows, nice bathroom.
Air conditioning unit didn't work and didnt discover until 12 a.m. Staff wouldnt check anyone in before 3. Their lobby was non-existent and the bathrooms were not open. People who needed to use them had to go across the street to The Westin to use their bathrooms. Noises were loud on the 17th floor.
The view out the window. How close everything was. Everyone was very polite! Waking in the hall or in the elevator. Hi
The elevator noise was very loud.
Food was awful, even instant grits. I have stayed at other moderate-cost hotels that offered breakfast and have never had a worst breakfast.
We always use this hotel for our annual Detroit Lions game due to cost, convenient, breakfast, comfort. We always book several weeks in advance. When we arrived, we were advised they were sold out, there was no valet, no breakfast, no hot water, rooms not clean. There was no manager to talk to. It was a big letdown. New ownership and was not pleased at all!
