This was the worst experience ever. Fruit was molded. Sink and toilet were stopped. Requests to clean the room went unanswered and then half-completed. Management was rude. Valet was missing.

Pros (+) The room exceeded expectations! My bed was very comfortable. We are also able to check in much earlier than 3, which fit our schedule nicely.

Cons (-) the bill reflected their rate, and not the rate agreed through the site. Almost cost $350 more had I not checked. The front desk corrected, but not thoroughly.

Cons (-) Never brought us toilet paper, towels, or pillows. Had to call them 3 times if I needed anything because they would just never show up. Front desk lady was so rude, didn't even take my complaints into consideration. Pros (+) We were in town for a national conference just a few blocks away at the Cobo Center. Upon check-in the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even gave us a warm cookie. We were close to the stadiums, food places and downtown. The room was massive! The beds were in a seperate closed off area, so people could congregate in the sitting area if needed.
