Pros (+) The front desk staff were all great and extremely helpful. When our planned über car was delayed they arranged a free hotel shuttle to and from our event. It worked out wonderfully.

Cons (-) I asked a night front desk employee where the nearest pharmacy and/or grocery store might be and she said she didn't know. Seemed a little odd that she didn't know.
