Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and presence of bed bugs. Noise from nightclubs and bars was a major issue, disturbing sleep for many. Service was inconsistent, with complaints about unhelpful staff, lack of amenities, and poor housekeeping. However, some guests highlighted comfortable beds and spacious rooms as positives. A few also noted good value for money and friendly staff, but these were outweighed by the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
