Great location across the road from the mainline station. Very friendly and efficient staff and comfortable rooms. Good selection at breakfast.

The hotel has a quite good location 12mins wolking distance from the Augustus bridge and from the old city center. We had the room faced the busy street but we had hardly any noise at all. We could hear the noise only when the windows were open. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice.

the staff are absolutely fantastic from the lovely night porter, receptionist and breakfast lady. Hotel is spotless and comfortable - this is our third stay for an annual conference and we will be back

Good location. The room was spacious and confortable. Very near the Dresden Neustad train station.

The room smelt A LOT like cigarettes. We were given a room in the smokers' floor, although we asked for a non-smoking room. Usually it makes no diference, but in this hotel it did, since the room had the smell very very intense.

very nice hotel with good and polite service. The location opposite the Dresden Neustadt railway station. The location was not very beautiful, but very good for a city tour or for the trade fair.
