The personal care from the staff and over and above service made my trip run smooth and easy, and made me feel spoiled. The hotel is historical and charming yet with modern comforts. I could not ask for a better location. The boat to the souls was 1min away, loads of markets and restaurants out my front door. Thank you for a perfect experience. Honestly, zero complaints.
