The location was good, but we prepaid for a room with a marina view and a balcony and were given a room with no balcony. When we returned to the front desk once we saw there was no balcony they told us no rooms that we prepaid for were available. The only options available were either no balcony or a street view. Pros (+) Really good new hotel. Good location. Very reasonable price. Good breakfast. Perfect few to Marina. Very interesting room interiors. High class team!
Cons (-) Swim pool might be larger. My loyalty card wasn’t recognized and I lost my points. Prices in SPA center might be less (approx 150 USD for 60 min massage is too high).

Pros (+) Extraordinary staff. Winnie in the coffee shop was like a friend by the end of the trip. Also Julie at the front desk was very helpful and professional.
