Cons:The staff the room was not ready when we arrived at 4.30 pm when check in time is 2pm !!! Then the water was too hot to shower the next day at 12pm ...because usually people check out at that time ..and check is around 2 so if you stay or more than a day be prepared as you will be lied to...one will say you are the first to complain ..when i can see others have complained too !!!while another will say we usually give a bucket to bathe with !! So I paid to bathe in a bucket or no bathing at all!!! And no compensation for wasting your time and destroying any plans you may have made for the day which was my last day here still gutted I coold not do some of the things I had planned no one here can apologize.. especially the pakistan guys ...only house keeping guy kamran and his housekeeping team who took pics of the disgusting cupboards still full of rubbish bags from previous guests funny i had to ask them to clean the room again and the fridge was stinking and still had food in it!!! He only has any clue wat to do rest are just there looking over you especially front desk they think they are somehow better than you too proud to serve !! Then they tell you you have a balance after the taxi they called has arrived!! So you can be charged waiting time while you sort the mess out !!! And be late for a flight you are already late for!!! A nightmare stay my kids could not take a shower as the water was too Hot.. so flew without a shower I mean what the hell!! Will not go there again nor would I advise my enemies to even go there!! I stayed there last year and came again this year what a mistake I regret it to this day!! Seems since new owners took over this place has gone down hill !!
