Breakfast, most staff were friendly and helpful
We arrived at our room which was on the top floor and clearly had not been used for a while. It was absolutly freezing. The radiators were not working and we were expected to use a fan heater which was barely warm and had a broken leg! We were told we had to use the heater, move to a smoking room or would have to find another hotel. As it was dark, cold and had no idea where we were we moved to the smoking room. Considering we booked in August we expected to get what we booked.
hotel was very clean and staff are very friendly
the joined together single beds not too comfortable. Not ideal for a couples weekend if you get the idea???
The room was was warm and comfortable.also wifi.Excellent value
no complaints whatsoever
The rooms were very clean and great value for money. Loved the king size beds! And cleaners were very regular.
Claims to be 5 minutes from the city centre which is not true.
Very nice. A little far from town, but I guess, for the money, it's well worth it.
No complaints. Have stayed there before and will return.
The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were most helpful and plesant.
The room was nice
Advertised with Wireless, but Network issues.
It was very clean and a very nice room, with everything that I needed. Internet access, tv, dvd, shower.
It was really far from the city center by bus. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel that takes you to the city center. But it rarely runs, and it doesn't really follow the timetable that it says. So you have to get lucky to make the bus, and it takes about 45 to get to city center.
The staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean
It was a long way out of Dublin and the bus that stopped outside took 45 minutes to get into town.
