Nice location and spacious
Central to city center and all the attractions. Fun music, bar, restaurant and staff on site.
Very noisy late into the evening on weekends
Great location and friendly welcoming staff.
Very noisy from the main road. We go to Dublin every year and try different hotels based on the rates we can get. It was by far the noisiest location we've stayed at, don't expect much sleep. The room was very dark at night - only 3 dimly lit lamps. The hotel tried to charge us more than the rate I was quoted when I booked online however they were more than happy to charge the original price when I showed the email.
Rooms are a bit dated.
Very central, easy distance to bus stops for airport bus, friendly, comfortable and clean. Felt safe even late at night for a single femail traveller.
Very noisy due to location and noisy floorboards. Reception hard to find from Dame St entrance - arrived Friday night had to push through busy bar with my luggage.
The hotel is so central in the city.
I don't have a complaint so much as an observation. I was in contact with the hotel prior to our stay, enquiring would we be able to have an accessible room as the lady I was with uses a wheelchair and I myself have a physical disability. The room that we were given had an ensuite with a bath in t, which isn't accessible. I understood from what the manager told me on the day that this was the best room they could offer which was fine, however I don't think they should advertise accessibility if they can't provide this.
Perfect location in the heart of everything...shopping, bars, attractions...
the street noise
The people were so welcoming and nice!! The bar was just down stairs, and the food was great!
The location of the hotel - walking distance to most interesting sights.
Noice from outside all night long. Use earplugs!!
Very helpful and friendly staff
a bit noisey
The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect
