Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for city access and public transport. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews noted clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, there were repeated complaints about inconsistent cleanliness, issues with room amenities, and some dissatisfaction with the breakfast options. Self-check-in and communication with the hotel were also problematic for some guests. Overall, the hotel was seen as a good value for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
