The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many reviews mention clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its quality and variety. Pros (+) I enjoy staying at the Sheration DUS hotel the evening before I depart for the USA when I have been in DUS/CGN region on business for a few days. The reasons why are that the hotel is a short walk to the terminal for early morning flights, the restuarant offers a reasonable menu for the evening before and the hotel has a decently equipped fitness room for cardio workouts.
Cons (-) As most of business is in Leverkusen and Koln, I avoid the Sheraton until the evening before my flight due to proximity.
