Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was nice and open 24 hours. Sea was literally across the roads . £1 for 24 hour parking. Nice late checkout
Water was luke warm so no hot shower.
Sort out the boiler so hot water can be available for a bath
Had a very nice room with a view
For the duration of our stay the television wasn't working. (We don't rely on the TV but its a fairly major part of the room). room seemed to be on a slight slope so the drawers of the "chest of drawers /dresser" kept swinging open
We stayed at the hotel before and were happy to go back. The bed in our room was so comfortable and huge!
The TV wasn't working which was a shame. Apparently half the hotels TVs hadn't been working all week.
The sea view only.
The reception staff member was very rude, he asked for id, which we have never been asked for before on previous stays, he became rather abrupt and rude, without giving a proper explanation as to why. He had credit card details and I had the confirmation saved on my phone, in the end he took a copy of my partners driving licence who was not even mentioned on the booking cinfirmation, how could this be conclusive id? He continued speaking in a very rude manner. Whilst we were sleeping in the middle of the night we was awoken by the same gentleman talking to someone which seemed right outside our room, it sounded like one of his friends maybe, the hotel was empty so why talk outside an occupied room is puzzling. If the staff member treats everyone the way he dealt with us you will end up with no customers at all.
