Pros (+) Rooms were great. The staff was fantastic!!
Cons (-) Replace the elevators as they broke down and staff said it happens quite often!! Sunday morning check out saw us using the stairs from the fifth floor.

Pros (+) I had a nice suite-like room with a very comfortable king-sized bed and small living area with a couch. It was roomy, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had made a mistake when booking through Kayak and accidentally entered the wrong arrival date. The man at the front desk was super nice in helping me and making sure that I would not be double charged.
Cons (-) No complaints! Would definitely stay there again.
