Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to public transport, city center, and local attractions. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. Some guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty bathrooms, lack of room cleaning, and maintenance problems. Bed comfort was also criticized, with complaints about old or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and bed quality are needed.
