The property was very well situated in the city, excellent location. Nice hotel. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.
The lift from the car park was broken had to carry suitcases up three flights of stairs to get from the car park to reception. The car park is under the hotel. They didn’t have my booking but “found a room” this was disappointing has we had been booked months in advance. Had a 4th floor attic room which felt cramped with sloping roof and not the superior room I booked. Tried to charge me £290 a room not the £232 on the booking. Good job I had the booking on the booking.com app as proof. I booked breakfast but when we went to breakfast was told that we were not on the list for breakfast and they had to “find” a table. The staff were very nice and helpful and sorted everything thing out but it really should not have had to have been sorted out, in the first place. Just a bit disappointing and we felt we had to check everything, so we actually got what we had booked and didn’t get overcharged.
It was nice clean and excellent location
The bar fridge was nor well stocked and the room did not have milk and other standard items expected. It was if the room was not ready or properly serviced. Expect way more from that price. Breakfast was weak. Nothing special and i got better breakfast at hotels half the price.
Staff were very pleasant for the vast majority of our time.We have stayed in Radisson Blu hotels frequently and have not been disappointed. On our last evening however when the dining room had been taken over no mention that this was the case we were unhappy with the take it or leavemail it attitude.
The dinner menu not sufficiently varied. The hot buffet breakfast very inconsistent quality.
Room service very slow. Television not working for a second time
Great location and well sized room
safe didn't function
