Pros (+) Convenient location, decent pricing, nice that room had small fridge and microwave. Free wi-fi and some breakfast items (cold cereal, bagels w/cream cheese, etc) was appreciated. Staff was pleasant during check in and check out process.
Cons (-) The mattress was super soft, and seemed sunken on one side. Noticed some sagging in the ceiling. Sound insulation not great, as we could hear the people in the room above us walking around. Didn't test out shower or TV to rate.

Pros (+) The location of the room was good--in the back next to flowering bushes. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Cons (-) The TV didn't work and it took a long time to get someone to look at it. The input button on the remote did not work, so every time we watched TV we had to manually select the input. Sometimes the TV turned off by itself. It felt very hot. We often had to pass by other guests smoking outside their rooms.

Pros (+) Shower was OK, Towels were nice.
Cons (-) It was booked full. I did not care for the shady characters standing outside. My main problem was the strong smell of vomit in the room. We also had to wait about three minutes for the desk clerk to come from a back room where he was visually doing nothing. He was polite but the smell of vomit in the room ruined our stay.
