Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Some guests enjoyed spacious rooms and found the hotel easy to access. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and hygiene issues. Safety was also a concern for some, with reports of sketchy patrons and uncomfortable incidents. Overall, while service and location were highlights, cleanliness and safety need improvement.
