The behaviour of the owner diring payment. On 7/11, I booked for 5 nights (14-19/11) but had to reschule for 3 nights and I sent an e-mail to them on 10/11 that I will be coming on 16/11 onstead of 14/11 and to feel free to rent my room for 14-15/11. On checking in (16/11), I specified again that I will stay for 3 nights. The changed the booking for 3 nights only on 19/11, at my checking out date. As the booking.com cancellation policy had elaves sed, the price for the 3 nights was the same as for 5 nights! When I explained the sotuation, the person at the desk (I think the owner- he didn’t introduced himself - he wasn’t there the previous days) he was telling me to pay according to my calculations (ie total price of the initial booking for 5 days in USD or Euros -booking.com fortunately provides indicative euros amounts the date of booking- divided by 5 and multiplying by 3). When I said this is the amount I consider fair to pay, he was changing again his position claiming to pay the same total amount of 5 days for 3 days effective stay!! He was a very disagreable person. I stopped the discussion there and paid the total price for 5 nights. He may be won 2 nights income but he lost a frequent traveller and its net of travellers.
