Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional location with breathtaking views of the volcano and lake, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Many enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful grounds, and value for money. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms, and mentioned that some facilities and rooms were in need of renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of the location, breakfast, and service stood out for most visitors.
