    This hotel is far from been a 5 stars hotel. It is a step above a motel in the United States standard. The capert and floor of the room were dirty. The lighting of the room was horrible & very bad for the vision. The standard overall was chocking to find in a such a rated 5 stars hotel (the poor quality of the room from marble, to very hard mattress and pillous, to broken items from walls not repaired, tables, missing light bulbs). We also check in with 2 infants & were chocked to be given a room on the 2nd level without an elevator so we had to carry 2 strollers at least 3 times a day. We had to change rooms many times and we were not given a ground floor room. The staff took 4 hours to check us in & we have no response from the manager.

    Very very low end quality and wrong rating.
