Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about poor breakfast quality and limited variety, as well as negative experiences with the service, including unhelpful or absent staff. While some guests appreciated the proximity to shops and ski slopes, issues with noise, outdated facilities, and lack of amenities were also mentioned. Overall, positives centered on location and room comfort, but service and breakfast need improvement.
