There was an issue with our first room but the reservations manager upgraded our booking to a much better room which we fully enjoyed!

Very friendly staff the ones who are greek and romanian. Common areas, the pool, the balconies are for a 4 star hotel but the rooms are not. I saw 3 stars bulgarian rooms which look better and are cleaner. However the rooms are large, the terrace or balcony is large and nice too, the view excellent.
