More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens
On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.
Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice
The food sandwich was OKAY for such a short flight. Crew were very caring. They helped my wife who has walking issues. They carried her bag and held her arm to help prevent tripping. All in all it was a professional effort on the part of all crew members. I highly recommend this crew of Aegean Airlines.
Short flight. They served drinks and food, but the flight was full and had to put my hand luggage under the seat.
Great staff who were ready working with smile 6 in the morning on New Year’s Day. Although security checkpoint was way too busy, the airline staff were understanding and waited few minutes after boarding. We took off not only exactly on time, but arrived 20 minutes early. Two thumbs up!!!

Flight was delayed and there was no wifi on board. Flight attendants could not or did not want to reser the wifi. Not acceptable.
I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
My 4 bags have been lost at transfer and I still have not received them
It was good. Nice entertainment selection to keep me busy for the timeframe I wasn't sleeping. Professional, courteous and attentive crew.
Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
The first flight from Denver was okay in terms of food and service of the crew. However, in the second flight they did not have the food I had requested prior to boarding and service was also poor. Never booking a flight with Lufthansa again.
The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.

Flight was canceled at 11th hour and rescheduled to different airline . Still waiting for a refund on baggage opted with Lufthansa.
Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.
Simply the best way to get nonstop to Europe. if you’re lucky, there’s clear skies with views of Arctic or the aurora at night.
Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.
Terrible experience. Air canada is the worst and Kayak website is also not transparent.
Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.
My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.
This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.
As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.
A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?
Yogurt only for the last meal was not what I could eat. choice of a croissant or other item would be preferred. It's a busy time, though, so i understand.

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.

As I said, I reserved beef for my 2 kids and I in business class. I underlined the requests when boarding the plane — I was the second in. However none was available. Thxs BA !! On the bright side, the luggage made it to Denver !!
Cabin crew needed to serve more water (fluids in general) on such a long flight.
Baggage took two hours to arrive in hall after landing.
Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.
The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.
