Pros (+) Convenient access to Interstate
Cons (-) Problematic access to internet—difficult to get login screen. System logs you out if there is any short period of inactivity. Staff unable to help with these problems.
Pros (+) I was surprised with how nice this hotel was I didn't know what to expect. Clean, friendly staff and maids. Updated appliances and television.
Cons (-) Guests next door were screaming loudly at 9am. We shared a connecting door with them. I wish we had been told about it. Also the sign in the bathroom says that if we have forgotten anything at home we can ask the front desk, they didn't have Advil or ibuprofen when I asked. But these are minor things. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros (+) The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and proficient. The breakfast offering was OK and the coffee was surprisingly good (I like strong coffee).
Cons (-) There are no elevators, so it was difficult for my older mother to get to our second floor room -- an elevator would be nice
