Pros (+) I booked without being sure the reception would be open, and yet there was someone waiting for me when I arrived. In fact, I didn’t realize it until I was on WiFi at the hotel, but they had messaged me to ask about my arrival. They asked which kind of croissant I would like in the morning, as they would be picking them up fresh from the patisserie. I highly recommend staying here.
Cons (-) The only downside was that the sea view room the booking said online, was actually taken — that being said, they were very apologetic and offered me free parking as a compensation for the mistake. Honestly, I was so tired and so grateful they were expecting me, I had absolutely no complaints about this. The idea of sea view was just “oh, okay cool!” My room was AMAZING (Vesuvio).
