Overview

In a quiet spot in the Bavarian town of Erding, the Best Western Plus Parkhotel Erding, Erding, Germany, is a comfortable hotel about a twelve-minute drive from Munich airport with a direct S-Bahn to the city, with free Wi-Fi, a lounge, conference rooms, an airport shuttle on request, and rooms with a minibar and safe. The old Bavarian town centre lies close by and Munich is within easy reach by S-Bahn, with the airport a short hop away. A vast thermal-bath resort sits on the edge of town. Erding is a charming Bavarian market town north of Munich, ringed by gabled houses and a historic gate tower. One of Europe's largest thermal-bath resorts draws families to its pools, slides and palm-fringed saunas, the old town's breweries pour Erding's famous wheat beer, and the lakes and foothills of Upper Bavaria spread out toward the Alps. Munich's sights lie a half-hour ride away.
