Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, proximity to attractions, and some found the rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and lack of housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with complaints about unhelpful or incompetent staff, delayed check-ins, poor communication, and lack of follow-up on requests. Overall, while the location was praised, the negative experiences with cleanliness and service overshadowed the positives for most guests.
