Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and comfortable beds, with several noting the property exceeded expectations for the price. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, especially at the front desk, and issues with cleanliness in some rooms, including reports of bugs and dirty bathrooms. Breakfast was often described as disappointing or lacking in variety. While some guests found the staff accommodating and friendly, others had negative experiences with management and service. Overall, the hotel offers basic amenities and good value, but service and cleanliness can be inconsistent.
